The minimum age for playing a pistol shooting world cup is 10 years. Here we are specifically talking about ISSF matches. If you want to play in the Junior World Cup you must be of 10 years of age before applying.
What is the maximum age for playing the Shooting World Cup?
If you want to play the World Cup match the maximum age limit is 21 years. If you are 11 years to 21 years of age, you can play Junior World Cup matches. If you are a bit older, the category changes to senior.

How many months do I need to practice for the Pistol Shooting World Cup?
If you are just starting out, you cannot play the world cup directly. You need to become a member of a shooting club and then start playing local matches and participate in the National Shooting Championship. Once you score well in the National championship, you go for international trials. This is your starting point to fight for the World Cup. Before that you can participate in the commonwealth (not mandatory). ISSF has a minimum scoring criteria for playing in the World Cup. Achieve this score in international trials and if your country has a quota (ISSF gives maximum number of athletes participation) you can get selected.
